Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Àse London creates each product collection with love and we want that love to pass on to our community. That’s why, if you’re not in love with a product, we will exchange it or give you a refund. As long as it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Custom products, earrings or solid-gold products. We are also unable to accept returns on clothing or footwear that show obvious signs of wear.
Refunds for Events
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
- Full refunds will be given if you cancel your ticket purchase more than 7 days prior to the event date.
When will my refund arrive?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt of your return.
Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail.
To process a return let us know by sending us an email to team@aselondon.com or via the form on our website, including your order details.
Pack your goods and return your goods, paying the necessary postage to Mōrēs Moore, 26 Newark Crescent, NW10 7BD.
The Àse London Guarantee*
- We are dedicated to bringing the Àse community luxury and high quality products. All products are tested for quality and craftsmanship through the Àse London’s 30 day everyday wear process. Products are worn/used daily beyond ordinary use, to ensure maximum enjoyment from your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or has a manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase we guarantee a one-time replacement of the piece if it is available in stock. Due to the limited edition nature of our collections if your item is not available you will receive a credit receipt.
